The song starts with “Milo Wahan Wahan”. It is a duet with Alka Yagnik. Audio was launched on 28.04.2008 by A.R Rehman in Mumbai. The film release is on August 15, 2008. (Latest News: Audio CD will be available in market on 13 May 2008 . Big Music is the distributor. The release date of Audio CD is postponed to 20 May 2008 by Big Music.) Belonging roughly to the same genre as Hai Dard, the piece has a very steady rhythm throughout with slight variations in terms of the decrease and increase in percussions used. The hauntingly romantic melody blossoms towards the stanzas (pay special attention to Jayachandran’s chorus at the 5:10 mark, it’s eerily beautiful!). The song will appeal mainly to the lovers of ghazals, but if you give the song a chance it will surely grow on you. Alka Yagnik is a true revelation. Nusrat Badr’s poetic lyrics are finally given a chance to shine in glory, as he escapes the wraths of clichés to write a remarkable song. Milo Wahan Wahan Singers: Alka Yagnik & Jayachandran Lyrics: Nusrat Badr Duration: 6.24 Jayachandran after a long time. Lovely voice, perfect modulation. Why doesnt he get that many chances? Apart from Jayachandrans voice, what makes this song a very pleasant one is the usage of violin and the way Alka Yagnik has sung it. Need to listen some more time. Nice background music used, with the violins and strings as most effective part. This is a mature song with amazing lyrics. This song is more focussed on AR Rahman’s beats and tunes. Rahman is the most versatile and most impressive indian music director out there at the moment and if anyone have a question on this, just listen to this song. Alka is very good in her low notes. Male singer JayaChandran is pure and unique. It is the first time he is singing for an Hindi cinema and he does absolutely great. More hopes on this great singer. There is something about this voice that just stands out. Really I liked this song. A R Rahman ends the album with an impressive track. Another sad song but it is the sorrow is so meticulously depicted by both the music director and the singers. Jayachandran is a household name in South India but he is an unknown singer in the north .
